A ground-floor space is transformed into an cultural center with multi-functional rooms for seminars, workshops, cooking and performances. The layout and the interior design were developed together with its future users: local initiatives, non-profit organizations, cultural associations, and the municipality.

Accessed through a lobby, the three rooms can be used separately by individual groups, or shared for large events. The various activities within can be seen through large windows from the small public square on front of the space, or can be made private with thick dark green curtains. Each room has an specific character due to its orientation and modular furniture. This built-in wooden furniture provides storage space, a quarter-round stage is used for performances and presentations.

The main room can be divided in two by curtains and a wooden sliding door. A foyer with a bench and plants connects the venue to the square, which is used for outdoor events during the summer. Movable furniture is installed in all of the rooms: a wardrobe, benches, whiteboard, flower pots, workshop tables, displays. Alone or combined, they enable the flexible programming of the three main spaces and the outer space. In addition, white chairs, stools and tables are used for meetings, courses, and events.
